Job description
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic self-employed cleaners to join our cleaning team based in Market Rasen.
If you have a keen eye for detail and take a lot of pride in a job well done then we are keen to hear from you.
You must
– Be a driver of your own vehicle and travel between clients based in Market Rasen and surrounding areas.
– Have the same working days available each week so you can stick to regular clients
You will
– Perform cleaning tasks in various settings,
– Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
– The job involves dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces, spotless shower screen cleaning & mirror cleaning.
– Empty small bins
– Use of your own cleaning products and cloth’s
– Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
Skills:
– Experience in domestic AND/OR hotel, cleaning care homes, airbnb, commercial cleaning.
– Strong customer service skills to interact with clients. We are happy and upbeat, energetic staff that clients love to see regularly.
– Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. We don’t use bleach for health and safety reasons, even if I client leaves it out for us.
– Coshh trained is a bonus
– Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

We have 4 types of cleans that we offer our clients. Standard hourly domestic cleans to deep cleans. Regular weekly and Bi-Weekly
All employees/ self-employed workers will have access to an app for shifts, chat section. Basic knowledge of technology is a must to be able to keep track of accepting shifts.
We are looking for a self-employed worker who is extreamly reliable, adaptable and does a excellent job.
Physical fitness is essential for the job.
We are known in our area for not only our reliability but our ability to provide an above standard clean ensuring that basic cleaning tasks are not missed. Attention to detail and being through is a must.
The job requires work in Market Rasen and surrounding areas such as caistor, brigg, nettleton, lincoln.
You may have regular clients that you see but we also need someone who can provide cleaning at short notice due staff sickness and holidays. You may also need to buddy up with other cleaners who are none drivers.
Previous cleaning experience is essential in a work based environment. Applications of jobseekers who only have experience of cleaning their own homes and friends homes will not be accepted, you are expected to have a very good knowledge of cleaning domestic homes with no training needed.
Clear DBS check is essential.
There are some tasks that our cleaning service do not provide such as laundry and ironing, biohazards, chandelier cleaning, inside of oven cleaning, mould removal and sharps waste.
You will provide all cloths and cleaning products, our clients provide mop/buckets and vacuums.
Working hours are between 9am and 6pm across a 5 day working week. The self-employed role will be helping to support the business as and when needed to cover staff in the event of holiday’s/ sickness and extra bookings.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 36 per week
